The WVU Physical Therapy Clinic, run by the university's Human Performance division in Morgantown, lists concussion among the conditions it treats, along with balance and vestibular disorders, athletic and overuse injuries, cervical spine problems, and neurorehabilitation after traumatic brain injury. Faculty clinicians include a board-certified sports physical therapy specialist whose practice emphasizes concussion rehabilitation and who has worked extensively with collegiate athletes on neurocognitive and balance deficits. Another faculty member specializes in vestibular and balance assessment as part of a multidisciplinary dizziness team. The clinic is open weekdays and serves patients across the lifespan.
