The Center for Sports Medicine at New York Institute of Technology's College of Osteopathic Medicine offers comprehensive concussion evaluation, management, and treatment to help patients return to activity. Baseline and post-injury ImPACT testing, which measures memory, reaction time, and processing speed, is combined with the King-Devick test and computerized sensory organization balance testing, and the program adds neurologic evaluation, physical and occupational therapy, osteopathic manipulative treatment, and cognitive, visual, and balance testing. Care serves athletes and active adults.
