Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine provides concussion management and baseline testing that measures balance, memory, concentration, and vision, offered to area high schools, colleges, teams, and individual athletes and active adults. For patients with lingering symptoms, it partners with Mayo's Brain Rehabilitation Clinic for coordinated, multi-specialty care spanning physician evaluation, imaging, vestibular and balance treatment, headache management, vision screening, cognitive-communication rehab, and neuropsychological testing. The program also uses the King-Devick sideline screening test.
