Mercy Concussion Clinic

Mercy's concussion management care treats head injuries in patients of all ages, from children to older adults, whether from sports, falls or accidents. Evaluations may be performed by a certified athletic trainer, primary care or sports medicine physician, or a neurologist. Each patient leaves with a detailed care plan that can include rest, activity modification, orthopedic or neurologic physical therapy for balance, memory or speech problems, and referrals to specialists for further follow-up.
