The Center for Vision Development in Annapolis offers neuro vision rehabilitation, a neuro-optometric process to restore visual skills impaired by acquired brain injury or other neurological conditions. Candidates include post-concussion, traumatic brain injury and post-stroke patients, and treatment targets underlying causes of symptoms such as double or blurred vision, headaches, visual fatigue, eyestrain, tracking difficulty and balance dysfunction. The practice aims for sustainable improvement rather than simply teaching patients to compensate, managing conditions like diplopia, binocular dysfunction, convergence and oculomotor dysfunction.
